This policy covers borrowers, lenders, introducers or agents, CENS personnel, website visitors, and other people whose information is supplied as part of a lending enquiry or application.

Information may come directly from you, from a borrower, lender, introducer, director, authorised representative, or from professional advisers and service providers involved in an application.

We share information only where it is relevant to the service or otherwise lawful. Recipients may include borrowers, lenders selected or approved to review an opportunity, introducers connected to a referral, professional advisers, valuers, legal representatives, and CENS personnel.
