The website and portal are operated by Cens Investments Limited, company number 14065345, registered in England and Wales at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

The portal supports commercial lending enquiries, borrower applications, lender opportunity review, introductions, documents, messages, status updates, and CENS administration.

CENS enables the process and may act as a credit broker. It is not the lender. A lender decides whether it wishes to consider or fund an opportunity, and each transaction remains subject to due diligence, approval, documents, and any separate terms.

You must have the right, authority, and any required consent to submit information or documents. You are responsible for checking that information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

Borrowers remain responsible for their application and repayment obligations. Lenders remain responsible for their own assessment and lending decision. Introducers do not make the lending decision and are entitled to a fee only where this has been separately agreed and the relevant conditions are met.

CENS controls which approved lenders can view an opportunity. Access to an opportunity is confidential and must not be shared or used for another purpose.

The portal does not process or hold money. A borrower may use it to notify CENS that a bank transfer has been made, but that notification is not confirmation of cleared funds. Payment instructions and confirmation must be checked through the agreed channel before relying on them.

Website and portal content is general information and workflow support, not personal legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Obtain appropriate independent advice before acting.

An application, indication, status, lender view, message, or document in the portal is not a guarantee of approval, funding, valuation, legal completion, investment return, or repayment.

CENS or its licensors own the website, portal, branding, software, and published content. You retain rights in material you submit but permit CENS to host, copy, review, and share it as needed to provide the requested service.

Information made available through a restricted account, including application packs and lender materials, must be treated as confidential unless it is already lawfully public or disclosure is required by law.

We aim to keep the service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party systems, internet conditions, and security events may affect access.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, CENS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lending decisions made by another party, information supplied by users or third parties, unauthorised account use caused by a user's failure to protect credentials, or events outside its reasonable control.

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be published here and, where appropriate, communicated through the portal.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
